The Long Course Seminar, Lesson #3 — Race Scheduling
We encourage our athletes to schedule shorter races and other fun events in route to their Ironman, putting goals on the calendar about every six to eight weeks. Training for smaller goals builds their fitness incrementally and, more importantly, keeps their heads OUT of the Ironman® training space for as long as possible.
