Every year Endurance Nation is fortunate to put between 10 and 20 athletes on the starting line of the Ironman® World Championships in Kona.  From qualifiers to lottery folks, from members to training plan athletes, we come from different backgrounds but share in the challenging training and the epic day.

Jonathan got a lottery slot, validated it at Lake Placid and then raced the Big Dance a mere ten weeks later. Nothing like competing in the world championships in your second ever Ironman…and none of this was lost on Jon. His focus, tenacity and perserverance are amazing, as is his journey.
