Endurance Nation Summer Speed™ Plan
This plan is designed to make you faster in a short period of time until you start officially training for your next race. It is eight (8) weeks long, and is ideal for both Long Course (Ironman® / 70.3®) and Short Course (Sprint / Olympic) athletes. The training plan is generally low in weekday volume, using higher intensity. The weekend sessions are longer in duration, similar to a traditional triathlon plan.

Once you login to Endurance Nation, you will be able to go to the Training Plan page and load your shiny new (free) Summer Speed™ plan into your account.
Please Note: You load the plan to END eight weeks in the future (so all end dates are Sundays).
On this page you will notice a host of other resources, including:
