We are 150 strong, almost 40% of Team EN membership. There are 8-10
of us at every US Ironman. Nearly 20 of us will race Ironman
Wisconsin in 2010. We will host our own “EN Chica Camp” during
the Madison Rally in July.
We have built something incredibly special inside Endurance Nation, something that transcends training plans, individual ability or fancy gear...
And we want YOU to join US for a Spring Women's Only Open House, March 16-19!
You’ll get the chance to see our training platform, view one of our plans, connect with the women of EN directly, and even join us for a conference call for live Q & A. This is your opportunity to check us out, our vibe, training plans, and support resources, to determine if we are a good fit for you and you for us. A link to join TeamEN and pay for membership ($99/mo) will be included with your Open House invitation.
Team registration will close on March 19th, or when 15 women have joined, whichever comes first.

If you do decide to join TeamEN, we’ll give you a FREE TeamEN singlet and Four Keys race execution DVD -- a combined $90 value. Even more importantly, you’ll be joining the best women’s triathlon space online!

Why TeamEN is the Most Unique, High-Quality Space for Women in Online Triathlon
EN WOMEN ON THE SUPPORT OF THE TEAM...
"I am not alone: I come to this forum on a good day, a bad day, any day! They are there with words of encouragement, a laugh, a virtual hug and cute puppy pics! They help solve problems not only in tri but also in life. They offer so many different voices of wisdom and reason! And so very very welcoming!" -- Dana S., New York"The women's space in EN has become a true sisterhood--a place where a woman, perhaps chasing down a first long course triathlon dream, is buoyed and guided by her EN teammates who once shared the same questions, doubts, and anticipation." -- Linda P Lexington, MA
"Whether you are an Ironman midnight finisher or Kona bound, you can count on all of EN to be a place of respect." -- Gina H., Chattanooga, TN
EN WOMEN ON THE STRUCTURE...
"The coaches keep us focused on LIFE and not just TRI...designing workout plans that fit into busy lives while still seeing results! It's refreshing to know that SOMEONE is out there thinking of the busy lady balancing work, home, family and oh yeah, squeezing in that bike ride at 5 am!" -- Dana S., New York"The time commitment of the EN Out Season almost makes training feel like cheating. There is a rhythm to the schedule that allows you to easily set expectations at home and at work. Tuesday’s and Saturday’s are the longest days at the beginning of OS, and it stays that way for the duration of the program. Add to that the fact that the types of workouts are fairly consistent during OS, and your overall mental effort required to figuring out how to balance training, home, work, etc. can really be applied to fitting in home, work and everything else." -- Olivia S., Denver, CO
EN WOMEN ON BALANCE...
"Team EN is primarily number hungry and results oriented (as it should be when focusing on getting faster, fitter, etc) and while I absolutely love and thrive on that in the motivation front, this forum always provides a good reminder for me to step back and enjoy and live the rest of my life. Feeling burned out and tired?? I log on and find vacation and puppy pics or stories of date night or family outings. Feeling on top of the world?? I log on to find tough discussions about illness, job loss etc- stuff that could happen to anyone." -- Leigh B., New HampshireEN WOMEN ON THE VIBE...
"As a female triathlete, you have to learn to play with the boys. They are seventy percent of the participants at any triathlon, and run so many of the companies that make our bicycles, our jerseys, fit our bikes and sell us our running shoes. From the EN ladies, I have learned our thirty percent counts! Never have I encountered such a smart, caring, powerful group of women. I'm proud to have them all as my mentors and friends. Thanks to you all for teaching me do this sport like a girl." -- Beth S., Chicago"My job (surgery) and my hobbies (triathlon, mtb) are male predominant activities. While I really do love that locker-room, testosterone-laden, drive/drive/drive vibe that comes with it, I am a lil peep and often get exhausted trying to keep up with the boyz. Not to imply that our gender is weak/overly coddling or that their gender is cutthroat and dog-eat-dog, but it's nice to hang out with girls after a long day of playing with the guys. The vibe here is completely supportive, empathetic, and non-judgemental." -- Kitima B., New York
