In this lesson we cover where – and why – you should be spending the majority of your training time.

Next, we’ll introduce you to the Basic Week, the template training week you’ll use to effectively and efficiently manage your training throughout your cycle.
Chapter 4: Short Course Pacing and Nutrition
In this next lesson, we’ll teach you how to avoid the racing mistakes we’ve seen too many triathletes make. We’ll also introduce you to our basic thoughts on race nutrition.
Chapter 5: Stacking Races for Performance
