bike 1h 03m 19s 23.80 miles 22.55 Mi/hr
run 37m 25s 6.00 miles 06m 14s/Mi
Finished 14th/126 overall in 2:06:29; 2nd in AG..... about 1:20 behind training buddy Tom Krenz - he put 2.5 minutes into me on the swim so I was glad to make a chunk of that back. My run split was 9th overall for the field. Wild River Tri club kicked total ass in bringing home 8 AG podiums. Windy day today, swim was a wave-fest and bike was pretty gusty. Local pro Dan Cohen won in 1:52:25
