3/23/08 : Hard bike shop ride. Ouch!

Ouch is right. Not too bad, but feeling the work of last nine days. We rode out with a smaller group today (it being Easter and all). Power meter still on fritz but I posted up at the back and just rolled steady and easy until we hit the climb up to Hanauma. I stuck to Nguyen’s wheel but attacked too early.
