Endurance Nation presents the next evolution of the triathlon training plan: The Season Plan!
Endurance Nation Season Plans are race-specific annual progressions, combining our best tools to create the most detailed, integrated, season-long training solution available in the tri-space. The market tells you that you should buy a training plan to get you to your next race, but your reality tells you that race is part of a season that is much longer than any given training plan.
Nobody trains for just one race. We train through a triathlon season, moving from focus to focus within highly variable time, weather, and environmental constraints. Responding to the feedback of our Team, we’ve created a tool that delivers — to ALL of our athletes — the same detailed, season-long plan that we would deliver to our 1:1 athletes. If you live in New England, are racing Ironman Lake Placid, plan to begin your off-season in October, and need to know how to integrate a half marathon into your plan in May — then our Ironman Lake Placid Season Plan will give you ALL of that!
The Season Plan includes:
- The Endurance Nation Long Course Training Manual, aka, The Book: 135 pages and completely FREE, the Book covers all the topics you will need to master in order to maximize the return on your triathlon training – from physiology to methodology, from workouts to case studies, from season to workout planning, it’s all there.
- Training Plans: Our plans are currently in their 6th generation of improvement. We have just rewritten our IM plans for 2009, soliciting the feedback and suggestions of our community of over 400 athletes. Your Season Plan includes all of the plans you need to train for your goal race.
- The Season Map and Coaches’ Podcast (NEW!): these are the tools that integrate everything for you. When, why, and how you’re doing what you’re doing, coaches’ notes for each week, and much more.
