In addition to their Four Keys of Ironman Execution Pre-Race Talk on Friday, 10am at the swim start, Endurance Nation Coaches Rich Strauss and Patrick McCrann will offer FREE “Get Your Mind Right” sessions at Starbucks and the Lake Placid Brewery.
Drop in, meet the coaches, and they’ll answer any last-minute Ironman execution questions you have. They’ll buy you an add shot, or you first beer, and you can even join the Team on the spot, currently closed thru Oct 2009 with a 120+ person waiting list.
