On Sunday night 3/29, Endurance Nation will host a live webinar event to showcase our latest free resource: The Endurance Nation Bike Fit eBook. (Event details are on Facebook) There are limited slots available: 50 for Team EN members and then another 50 to be distributed via our network of partners. Please read on to learn more and find out how you can put you name in the offering for a spot.

During this hour long event, eBook co-author Todd Kenyon (TTBikeFit.com) will discuss, with EN Coaches Rich Strauss and Patrick McCrann, the principles of bike fitting for triathletes. This will include REALTIME video analysis of several Pros and Age Groupers. There will be time at the end for a question and answer session. The slides, video and audio from the webinar will be added to the EN Bike Fit eBook, creating a one-of-a-kind resource to inform and empower triathletes to make better decisions around frame selection and bike fitting in general.

Participants not only get the insider info from the webinar itself, but they’ll also receive the first edition eBook (as a PDF download) before anyone else.

To get your spot, please reply to this post with a quick paragraph on how an improved bike fit will help you this season. Top 5, most creative replies will win a slot…to be announced by Friday.

Thanks and hope to talk to you on the call!

Hi, I have reached you through your DVD. I love it, but need to check the webinar. I have read 2 of your e-books and I am reading the bigger one now. Your influence is so good. All you say is much better info than I have been reading for ten years. I hope I get this spot.

    thanks

I have been fit on my bike more times than I can shake a stick at it but I still feel as if there is something not right. I am IMLP bound and I want to squeeze every ounce of power out my bike and legs...plus what Mike said on the 23rd. I hate it when that happens!!! :-0

I am still in pursuit of that almighty TT position. That fine balance of comfort, aero, and speed. Also looking to see how crank arm length effects me. Thanks Coach R & P

As a man with probably the tightest hips and strangest legs how could this not help me. Also I need to squeak every ounce out of my bike if I am going to hit my race goals this year.
  • A. I'm competing in my first half-iron distance triathlon this year. 56 miles is a long way to ride on an ill-fitting bike.

    2. I'm a certified indoor cycling instructor who is curious to compare "real world" bike fitting techniques against how I was taught to fit a stationary bike.

    9. This spring, I'm taking my a class of 12 through three months of group training to compete together in their first sprint-distance triathlon. It would be cool to REALLY sound like I know my stuff when it comes to bike fitting when we talk about it as part of group training.

Being a newbie to Ironman, I want to tweak this so I can get through those miles and still run a marathon without a permanent waddle

Because I do not want to waste these hard earned watts.
