    I think you should do a podcast on 2 subjects. #1 KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid, the question on Watts/kg blew me a away that someone would think about combined weight of rider bike, etc. Take the basic fundamentals and terminology and work to improve your personal values for LTH Bike and Run Pace. You guys do the best job of braking down what can be incredibly confusing terminology and making it simple to understand and to use. People need conditioning to not take themselves to seriously. I geuss if they want to see themselves climb the chart from casual cyclist to Cat 4 cyclist on the wattage chart in training peaks that is cool, at the end of the day you got to KISS.
    #2 There is no subsitute for WORK. You can know all the terminology and how to figure and rasie your levels but if you don't put in the work it is all for naught. Work is hard but the results are grand and worth every minute spent doing the work.
